What is Waterjet ?
Waterjet has the capacity to cut just about any material that can be made into sheet. As Waterjets at Hydro-Lazer can cut very intricate designs, they are extensively used for cutting glass, stones and various metals. The fine quality of creativity in designing that comes from Waterjet is not possible with other machines. Waterjets are popular with artists who like to work with different materials as it lets them create almost anything they can imagine. Water is forced through a nozzle at 50,000 psi that results in cutting the material. Some soft materials such as foam and rubber can be cut using only water making a cleaner finished cut.

Hydro-Lazer's Waterjet Cutting systems utilize high pressure (50,000 PSI) stream of water generated by a WSI 50 HP to cut virtually any material up to 7" thick. Hydro-Lazer uses CNC and optical equipment to accurately cut complex shapes and contours within a .003" tolerance.(In some Materials).
